Good luck Steve! Southend have gates comparable to Brighton at the Withdean, maybe better until recently, so if they can get the new stadium move sorted potentially they could have the same impact as at Brighton, suddenly acquiring the ability to sell 20,000 season tickets, such is the catchment area.
