17,000 plus on Saturday? How many for Cardiff?

I guess Boro must have had 2K plus there but the home areas looked pretty empty to me. I was surprised that the announced attendance was in excess of 17k although I'm fully aware season ticket holders are counted present or not.

How many will duck tomorrow? I don't mean for genuine family and work reasons, the guy next to me is working in Solihull for example, but because they are brassed off with the home form.

Boro had just under 1700 there (looked more) and was impressive numbers.

Suspect tomorrow will be announced as 15k but less than 12k in the ground.

As ever the gates go up and down depending on the number of comps issued as well as home and away matchday sales. There were quite a lot of comps for Boro because it was RWB day.

    Somewhere around 14,300

  • 1500 cardiff and maybe 12000 charlton
frankly the fewer home supporters witness the massacre first hand the better
I'm not remotely squeamish and am strangely fascinated by SCP's surrealist streak so I'll be there to the bitter end. Plus being in the Upper West I'll be out of range of the blood viscera and limbs of the addicks lambs to taffy slaughter. 2 - 5 against Sheff U and the 6 goal dubbing from a relegated Leeds will pale into insignificance by comparison.

i think it all started going wrong on saturday when CP put the blue anorak on - he was looking the bizzo before that in his brown suit - part erol brown / part huggy bear. i'm thinking the leather hat might make a reappearance tonight -could just be what we've been missing

Good news as long as they've already bought tickets :-)

(Although I shouldn't say that as I missed Sheff Wed game stuck on a train.)

Wishful thinking, is that the Cardiff team is travelling up by train & arrive at the ground at 19.30 :-)

(Ok, I know they probably came up last night or by coach today).
