It is a bit on the lame side but my girlfriend has accepted it and so have I. The donation is also a nice touch.
Happy to leave it there.0 -

Yes o leader.

Its better than nothing I guess!
Makes you laugh to think that he thinks we are worse than Leeds supporters. Oh how a much difference a week makes in football.

What a c***0

Sorry but that doesn't come across as a apology at all , full of excuses to why he said such a cowardly vile thing . Weirdo0
-
Hang on, where was his family mentioned on Charlton life, poor apology0
-
Crap apology or not, if VG says it's over then I will respect that but have to say he's a bigger man than Bunny.0

Completely agree Nolly but VG's decision to move on...0

Internet banter, people have big bollocks on the pc, but he's apologised so not sure what else he can do regarding the forum.
It's up to VG if he accepts it and it appears that he has, so yeah, lets move on...

So within the past week, both NS and a contributor to the NS have made apologies for comments they've made on here.0

I think someone stated that his granddad supported both sides.J BLOCK said:Hang on, where was his family mentioned on Charlton life, poor apology

On twitter if you've not made you account private i can then see even comment on your account0

So News Shopper is he banned or not!!0

Funny how News Shopper consistently tried separating themselves from his comments/Twitter account yet was happy to apologize on his behalf.
If you're happy to continue having him associated with your paper (and yes you are associated with him), then I really do despair.0 -
It just goes to show how shoddy they really are.cafctom said:Funny how News Shopper consistently tried separating themselves from his comments/Twitter account yet was happy to apologize on his behalf.

Agree that is a pony apology and still thinking about what he said makes me angry but if Gary accepts it then that should be the end of it0
-
NS wasn't apologising on behalf on Bunny. He was asked to post his apology and did so.
Personally I'm glad bunny has gone and found his apology pathetic but its up to VG to accept or not and he has.
Personally I would "let matt little go" if I were NS but I'm not so it is his call.0 -
Yes, it is for the person who the apology is for to accept it or not - not us.O-Randy-Hunt said:Agree that is a pony apology and still thinking about what he said makes me angry but if Gary accepts it then that should be the end of it

I recently got punched in the face and was landed in hospital. This reminds me of the apology I got from that. "I'm ever so sorry but ... blah blah" It feels like an attempt of a guilt trip, it doesn't wash with me. Having said that, I do respect the opinion of accepting he was man enough to appologise, let's move on.0

This is a fair comment also.MuttleyCAFC said:

Don't understand why he couldn't make the apology himself ?
Or offer to meet face to face to clear the air!
Still don't know why he's hiding behind newshoper or worse why is newshopper sitting on the fence and keep saying he's not associated with ns when we all know he clearly is.
Also saying no account?
Who feck is bunny then?

I was having a discussion the other day and this sort of thing is all too familiar in society recently. There is a big proportion of the population who are never ready to accept responsibility, there always has to be that excuse as to why they did it or why it happened.Addickted2TheReds said:I recently got punched in the face and was landed in hospital. That "apology" feels exactly like that, why can't it have just been I'm sorry, leave it at that. If VG want ed to then apologise for his comments then fine. Really does annoy me that sort of thing.0 -
Sometimes Sorry makes everything alright, but when it doesn't there is always 'Injury Lawyers for you'.0
-
It also takes takes an even bigger man to accept given the circumstances....E-cafc said:He is man enough to apologise for what he said, leave it at that!

Matt Little/Bunny has been banned from Charlton Life. Therefore, as he is no longer a member he could not post an apology himself.floydroadfaithfull said:Don't understand why he couldn't make the apology himself ?
