    Been done many times before this at other clubs!
    They get some grief from the Licensing authority and have to be seen to act!
    Remember Manchester United being threatened with a whole stand being closed late 90's, ealry 00's - never happened!

    People like me who are not sure whether it is breaking the law or not will be seen squatting just above the seat.

    I can't imagine them coming up to the H, J and L blocks and telling everyone to sit down or you're having your season tickets removed.
