    Chris Powell said Hughes played a major part in last year’s promotion. Considering he only played a few games, his contribution must have been off the pitch.
    Anyone who listened to his interview on Charlton live, would have been very impressed with his attitude – a future coach or manager .

    Saw hughes and hamer at bluewater last week - not that it has any relevance to this story but i can confirm hamer was wearing one of them floppy bobble hat things.
