sidcup lifers. can you help

am going to the montrose club tonight. it's in hurst road. i have been told the best way to get there by public transport (from eltham) is to get to sidcup station and walk from there but hurst road looks a long old road. is this the best way?

    pretty much. its about 10 mins walk from sidcup station. Its set back and not particularly well signposted.

    its in between hurstmere and chis n sid schools, but on the other side of the rode.

    the 229 goes right past it, but not sure of the best stop for it.

    postcode is DA15 9AJ - type it into multimap and you're as good as there!
