Meanwhile, around 240 tickets have so far been sold for Saturday’s trip to Blackburn Rovers (3pm).
Plenty of tickets remain on general sale, with an initial 1,058 places available in the lower tier of the Darwen End Stand.
These are priced £20 adults, £12 over 65s and £5 U16s, and are available online. There are eight wheelchair bays and these spaces and ambulant disabled places are sold as per the categories above (including a free helper).
Tickets will be posted out until the end of Wednesday, and will be available in person from the commercial centre until 3pm on Thursday. Tickets will be available on the day from Ewood Park, with no increase in prices.
A full list of Valley Away pick-up points and times to Ewood Park can be found here. The fare is £22.

Trains expensive, engineering works, weather doubts, been before twice, done 100+ away games in the last 6 seasons. Went to Bolton, Sheffield Wednesday and Watford in the last month. Going to Palace and Hull next month. The excuses are in.0

been there and done that one before, don't think I'll do it again - I can't muster any enthusiasm for long away trips anymore, maybe when the little one is a bit older she may want to visit some other grounds.0

Yeah I always think this to be true. A London away day so much more appealing than travelling to somewhere like Blackburn where theres nothing to see or do.sleepy_head said:
Not sure if this is good or bad? Game in the capital for long weekend to take in the sights, post xmas sales & a show. What's Blackburn got offer apart from Chicken pies?oohaahmortimer said:

But as Charlton fans so regularly tell us, you're the biggest team in South London, you have a richer history than us all with multiple years in the top flight competing with the best teams, you almost average double the home crowds than your nearest & dearest.....yet you're taking 240 to Blackburn and took 650 to Bolton. I'd imagine next season providing we're still in the league we'll match that, if not better it.BR7_addick said:Yeah to be fair we've played them two dull north west sides so many times in the last ten years, Millwall not been to either for Donkeys. Next season they'll be lucky to reach 300 at either of them.

If the weather forecast improves there'll be 1k walk ups for Blackburn.:-D0

Been to Bolton and Blackburn many many times in the prem sparrows
You couldnt pay me to go there on Saturday
You took 1k plus to Bolton because it's a new ground, there was a reasonable chance of a row and the sordell factor
It will be back to the sort of numbers you take to hull and Leeds next year0 -
We'll take over 300 to Blackburn easy what with walk-ups, not that it's much better.Sparrows Lane Lion said:

Also I remember you barely making the 200 mark at Hull, a team that you've only played what 3 times away from home in the last few years? And is cheaper to get to by train.
Not forgetting we took 6k to Blackburn just 5 and a half years ago, a lot of our away supporters who travel regularly would have been there.0 -
It's not just Charlton fans that should be telling you it. Everyone knows we're the biggest club in South London. Bigger gates, more seasons in top flight, more major honours won, higher average league position, better ground, bigger ground, more England players produced. Next.Sparrows Lane Lion said:

SLL i'll do the numbers and FACTS round here
277 to Burnley and 206 to Hull for saturday matches in september you lot took not forgetting 180 to bristol city for a tuesday beginning of oct
yet 1,762 go to sheff wed

347 at wolves on a tuesday being an example , if that was saturday and a rumble was happening there'd be 5 times that0 -

I can't recall us ever saying we're a bigger club? We have piddly crowds and we're all on the dole according to most of you, so how do you expect us to afford to go all these games?oohaahmortimer said:SLL i'll do the numbers and FACTS round here

Burnley & Bristol City would offer more trouble than Sheffield Wednesday as well.
You also failed to mention the 91 we took to Wolves midweek a few years ago.
Don't defend your away followings by attacking ours, it doesn't work as it looks like our away support is superior to yours on a % basis.
