    All good and positive from SCP but reads like dressing up a necessity as a virtue.

    We don't have money to spend so we have to settle for slow building.

    Nothing wrong with slowly building the Club season by season as we did in the 90s but you can't sit still in football. Not going up makes it harder to hang onto the good players you have.

    In the 90s we had to sell players nearly every season. Barness, Minto, Bennett, Boywer, Mills.
