His drum solo at Breahead Arena on Picking Up Sticks with Weller is pretty special. Worth a butchers @Miserabloldgit pal!0

I've had the pleasure of having drum lessons with Steve, and attending a summer drum academy that he hosts. Nicest bloke in the world and a proper Charlton fan. He can play the drums a bit, too.0
-
Can't anyone play the drums?0
-
He sits 3 rows behind me in the West Lower and always attends with who I presume to be his son. Always there so not a plastic fan!0
-
As another drummer, I have to say that the fella is a class act. The fact that he is CAFC further elevates him to hero status!0

Did his brother/ relative drum for Oasis?0
-
Alan, yes I believe so0
-
Thought so....remember him on the pitch at the valley with one of the gallaghers doing the jackpot draw at half time I think0
-
He did, yes. Steve played with Oasis too, I believe, after Alan broke his wrist or injured his hand in some way. Can't remember the exact circumstances.0

Since parting from Weller, SW was in a band called The Players with Steve Craddock and Damon Minchella from OCS, not sure if they still going though.0

They're not, Big_Rob. He was also in a band called Trio Valore with Minchella.0

Absolutely brilliant fella. For me Simon Fowler has to be one of the most underrated singers of recent-ish years.0 -
Yeah I see em all in Sheppards Bush Spoons a few years ago before I went to see The Who. Agree with you re. Fowler and Craddock is a mustard guitarist! Got Craddock and Minchella as pals on me Facebook, the sad f*cker that I am, along with SW, Andy Ceifts and Andy Lewis. All me pals they are.0
