Better: Memory cards. I just bought a Class 10, SD card form my camera. It cost a fraction over a tenner and holds 1272 pictures; that's less that a tenth of a penny each and it's re-usable. The equivalent cost of buying roll film would be about £135.

Worse: McCoys crisps. Used to love them but haven't had a good pack in years. They always seem pappy now.

    Better: Porn. Some women will do anything for a pound note now. and its free to watch.

    Worse: Dance music. Better technology means anyone can bang out a track without much feel to it. Getting very generic.

    Better - Sky- got an HD+ Box with 3TB memory. Got about 12 pages on the planner of recorded stuff, lots in HD and still got 85% free. On Demand is good too now.

    Worse- The standard of bitter in pubs and pubs themself.

    Better - communication from the board of CAFC (or is that just wishful thinking off the back of the recent meeting?)

    Worse - the language on CL is defo on a downward spiral recently.
