    I wouldn't go as far as GH but a stunning lack of social etiquette on the part of OP. To start a thread about your own teams success on someone elses forum the day after they've lost is very bad form.

    How would "Charlton's success in the Chamionship" as a thread started by a Charlton supporter have gone down on Owlstalk when SW were second from bottom? Mostly what I have seen in response to Charlton fans posting on that site is simple abuse.

    Lol not at all Rob. Was born in Salisbury to a mum born in Fulham and a dad born in Stafford. My mum's family are all Londoners, mainly around Bethnal Green. Conversely though, none around SE London. I've never lived in London but ended up in Yorkshire at the age of seven after spending five and a half years in Canada.

    So no, not a born and bred northerner. Quite like it up here though.

    @Covered End - for the prestige and the glory of course! Seriously though, it's down to my uncle through marriage. He was a Charlton fan who managed to influence me when I was young and knew no better.
