    The excuse was that he got fed up with the goalie time-wasting (I suppose a Martin Allen run side never do that..) so decided to take up more time causing that chaos..

    A club like Gillingham would be doing very well to pay any of their players more than 50-60K a year, probably less.

    I know a player who plays in Ryman South (4 divisions below) and is on £350 a week. Gary is probably not far off.
