  • I'm going to support Man Utd.
  • its felt like a pretty crap season at times. So many games thrown away, two losses to the nigels etc
  • Joke, joke...
  • Don't panic. It'll turn around. It's hugely frustrating, but the key thing is we're still competing in every game. Got to find a way to press home our advantage so the defence isn't always under pressure to keep a clean sheet in order for us to win.

Things just aren't going for us right now just like it was at the start of the season but we turned that around and we can turn this around. You know CP and these players will do all they can.

The way our results have been wouldn't be at all surprised to see us get 4 points from the next 2 games.

Keep the faith boys, this team deserves our patience.

  • Sorry it's been a roller coaster season of derby wins and Cup runs and aiming for the play offs

    oh you weren't being ironic.

I think Bristol, Barnsley and Peterborough have had awful seasons. Wolves Bolton and Blackburn have had truly awful seasons. I think we've failed to have a surprising one....
  • 6 pts off bottom 3, hard games to come. We are not comfortable mid table and never were. We are in a relegation scrap and need to do better all round to stay up.
  • The squad badly needs freshening up. I still believe Powell is getting the players we have to punch above their weight.
  • Hate the way we try to defend a lead and let them come at us. We've paid the price for this time and time again but it's still not sinking in. Not moaning, just stating the facts.

I think relegation scrap is putting it a bit strongly. We've still got 9 teams below us and if Barnsley hadn't had an uncharacteristic win today we'd be 8 points clear of the zone...I fell marginally less awful than I did after CP and SW games...

    What a awful season

    Known a lot worse!

Was going to take 0-0. Two draws v a team we were two divs apart from last season. Reality check anyone?

Also 4 points thrown away against them. Last season's divisions are irrelevant.

So we sat back for the last 5 really? Sure it wasn't Birmingham throwing everything at us?

Anyone would think loads of people on here only started watching football this season....

So it's not been a season that'll linger long in the memory but you've got a very short memory indeed if you think this comes close to some of the truly awful seasons we've endured since 2006.

I do wish people would keep things in a bit of perspective.
  • Get a grip chaps. This season is all about consolidation. What did you expect - another season like the last one?! We're doing ok. Not as good as we'd like but not bad considering.
  • 9 points separating 7th and 22nd. Blackburn now 7th, despite being near the bottom just a few weeks back. Any one team beating any others. Odd league this year but you can't say it isn't interesting.
  • And... we're not going down
