Does anyone on here get this service to home games and does it come anywhere near petworth?
I'm currently having to get a bus, six trains and a cab for the round trip to the valley, not only is this taking forever, it is costing a bomb!
I've seen that it goes to worthing but I was wondering if anyone knew if it came closer to here?
.....i know i could drive and make it a bit easier but i like to have a beer when i got to the footy, especially when it takes me an age to get there!!!

The only Valley Express coaches that have ever operated in that area of Sussex have been special ones for school groups. Surprisingly we did get groups from Chichester, Bognor and, I think, even Petworth itself, but there was never anything regular from those areas - we did cover Horsham for a time but had to cut it when we went down to League One and West Sussex numbers dropped off overall.mrbligh said:Does anyone on here get this service to home games and does it come anywhere near petworth?

These are the regular pick ups and route. £7 from all pick ups
I drive to Worthing from Fareham to get on with one other guy.
I will ask if there is anyone from near you who may be able to car share to a pick up point (Lyons farm/Pease pottage)
FYI We normally get to the Valley around an hour before kick off.

No one from that specific area I'm afraid MrBligh but you are more than welcome to join us if you can get to a pick up point.0

thanks for asking bc, not long to go till the end of this horrid season now anyway!0

For those interested. The Worthing coach is no longer picking up at Redhill and Reigate and so is now approx 25 minutes quicker each way. Hopefully this gives a bit more pre-match socialising time.0

What time does it make it back to Worthing after the game?0

About 7.15 last game. That was the first game without the Redhill and Reigate pick ups so may be a bit quicker or later depending on traffic.
