The surrounding boroughs have come up with an initiative to reduce crime in the area. They think Community Service would be better served in making offenders attend all Charlton home games for the rest of the season. They are worried though that the punishment would be to severe and that it would be more appropriate for offendors to clean toilets, paint railings etc.

    You could also discreetly kill off a lot of high risk and dangerous thugs by hiring The Valley catering team to provide the food for your maximum security prison.
