    Kermorgant - Haynes

    Jackson - Gower - Pritchard - Green

    Wiggins - Taylor - Morrison - Solly

    Button

would be my choice of starting XI

CP has said publicly that Jacko will never play wide left for us again.
  • 3-1 Charlton.

But after Wednesdays result, i'm quite happy to let this one slide. We've got plenty of time to get ourselves out of the sh*t. We've just signed Jermaine Easter from 'them' and Richard Chaplow from Soton, so i expect them to figure.

Won't make a slightest bit of difference though. Enjoy the bragging rights.

  • Are there any tickets left for this game? On the CAFC website it says they are not on sale yet! Just found out I can go now!! Cheers.

Just win charlton not draw or lose to a weakened Millwall side try to actually make people go home happy .
  • I would stick with fuller over kermo, fuller was brilliant against palace and have yet to see kermo turn up for a derby game. Can see a defeat but hope im wrong, head says 1-2 heart says 4-0!.

And if, you know, your history, it's enough to make your head know we don't beat millwall.

I think it's gonna be horrible, flat home atmosphere caused by over hype and early ko, that lot singing Wembley songs and a usual home performance

2-0 defeat and everyone gets unnecessary squeaky bums again as all the bottom 3 win.

What's the point in having that attitude? Might as well stay at home

We have to be up for this big time so the players out there know what it means. If we get behind them we will overcome. Not someday, but tomorrow.

This is OUR cup final. I would rather win against Millwall than England win the world cup. Any of our players who put on the Charlton shirt tomorrow better believe that we expect them to give everything they have, and then more. Any less and they can sod off Sunday morning.

We may not win. But I expect them to die trying.

I wasted 90 minutes of my life watching Millwall beat useless Blackburn the other night. They are very average at the moment but are well organised. If we play like we normally do, hoofing the ball up to Kerm, then Shittu will dominate and we will probably end up losing.
Harriott can beat Dunne so long as he is not intimidated and Solly/Wilson should be dangerous attacking down the right. I fancy us to win because they will be weary in the second half. 3-1 with Hulse inevitably scoring for them.

Who is going to lead our troops over the top in this tough brutal physical confrontation?

In heavy rain, the pitch will resemble the Somme in 1916, there will be zero football and we will be reliant on Pritchard to out muscle the Millwall midfield in front of their dribbling Neanderthal support, who will probably have eaten most of the seating by half time.

At least we will be home in time for the rugby with the God awful pointless early kick off time.

As if Millwall fans restrict their alcohol intake to certain times of the day. What a quaint Gentlemanly Victorian concept.

"Oh no thank you Slagger, I never touch drop of Tesco value cider until well after 3pm, don't you know"

Most of them can't even tell the time.

Our home form just HAS to turn for the better sometime. Why not now, when CP and the lads know (like they did at the new den) how much it means to us. 2-1 home win. Jacko and Haynes give us a 2-0 lead; Hulse gets one back leaving a very nervous final 25 minutes where we dig in and show our courage.

    That's the spirit, Redrobo !

Cap'n JJ will lead the charge as he did against Cariff.

Just raise those noise levels from the start, please !

I never predict, because it always comes back to bite me.

I'll just say that the performances of Chris Powell's Charlton against Millwall, as opposed to any previous Charltons, does not deserve the slagging and pessimism it is getting here. I'm talking not just about the well earned away draw this season but the pre season last year when we were unlucky to lose 4-3 and Matt Taylor and co were furious with the ref after the final whistle. At a friendly.

I think this team knows full well what is expected of them.

This is a good time to play them, three points to safety and pushing Millwall closer to the relegation zone. It would not surprise me to see a 1-1 draw as in a derby games, all players will be (or should be) raising their game.

I want to see a committed performance from the team and a couple of goals from KMG or Johnnie Jackson.

Only seen four CAFC v MFC games in my life so far and we haven't won a single one yet: 4-4, 0-4, 3-4 and 0-0. COYR, today is the day it changes.
