Last time he was at this level he was a beast. hasnt got back to those heights.

Not sure how true but i did hear Pardew had permission to buy EB but actually ended up geting Andy Gray ?

Got 2 goals on Saturday, looked dangerous if a bit overweight. Terrible news for him and Wolves

As much as I dislike Pardew, he has also signed Rickie Lambert and Demba Ba.
Not sure what happened during his Charlton career. Izale McLeod, Varney and Gray....urgh.

Always looked a bit on the heavy side. Shame he is out but on the other hand happy he won't be playing against us as he is always a threat.

they've been without their best player sako for a few weeks and theyve hit form. They'll cope.

  • His cousin uses my gym, comes across as a decent fella. Shame for him, will be no repeat of that wonder goal he scored a few years back. Hope he recovers, players who tend to put on weight easier seem to find it harder to though.

Was the player we should have bought instead of Gray.
  • I hope he makes a speedy and full recovery I have always wanted him to play for us
