Season ticket renewal online

Has anyone renewed this way, did you have problems?

I get as far as the stadium picture and try clicking on the stadium but nothing. Does anyone have a link or sensible comments please?

    I got as far as forgetting/not knowing if I had a password and decided to go postal instead.

    It is crap and mostly for me. I want to buy a ticket for the a game you need to phone or do it person to person - quite why we have all the passwords is strange when we want to buy for a whole year not just v Small wall or some such; our online service for tickets absolutely sucks.

    I tried to buy my Cardiff tickets on line but forgot my password.
    They emailed me another but I phoned the next day & got them.
    Went on line last night to renew my s/t. Used the new password they sent me last time.
    Bish bash bosh it was done in a blink of an eye.
    Easy peasy.

    If you forget your password (which I always do) just click the request for a new one and it's emailed instantly.

    The ticketing system is a bit old fashioned and clunky, but generally works fine for me.

    Did mine a couple of days ago and my sons yesterday after he called to get a password. Not the greatest or most intuitive process but ok-ish.

    Trying to renew now, but it's offering me two adult tickets and I need one adult and one under 18. I can't see a way to change it. Any ideas?

    Tried renewing online but wouldn't accept my password. Phoned ticket office and they gave me a new password that also failed. Phoned them again and they renewed my season ticket / crossbar membership waiving the credit card charge.

    Ah. I might have to go down that route, because the plan to redesignate my child as a child doesn't seem to be working.
