Sadly though the mentality of club Chairman is that they will, almost certainly, have borrowed the £60m in advance. Thus it will not give them any advantage as they will have already spent it by the time they are relegated on, yet another, last roll of the dice to stay up.
Look at the three teams that came down last season. Two of them are struggling to stay in the Championship and Bolton, with £110m of debt, are struggling to make 6th.0
