Fixture backlog from Hell(Guernsey FC combined counties league)

They have to play 16 games this month including having to play Friday,Saturday & Sunday twice!!

If this has been posted elsewhere please feel free to delete and charcacter assassinate me :)

    Yes they did and Erith Town in the previous round got knocked out by Spennymoor Town.

    Definately saw the local news saying he had signed as a player until the end of the season, ant game but not on a saturday.

    That's ridiculous. Surely the FA can just extend their season? Ok it might not be ideal for the opposition but 4 games in 4 days is silly.

    Can you imagine if it was man united they would extend the season for another 2 months for them.

    It is a crazy schedule but it's a reasonable assumption, at that level, that the oppo (can't remember who it is offhand) have something of a fixture backlog too.

    So hopefully not as detrimental as it might appear at first sight.
