    Holloway's made his reputation off one decent run of results at Blackpool in 09/10 and got promoted. His teams are usually ill-disciplined and never sure of what they're doing defensively. It was all going wrong for him at Blackpool before Palace took him and Blackpool fans were happy to get rid of him from what I remember.
