Because Sky are showing two live games and they aren't allowed by law to show live games at 3pm on a Saturday when there are other domestic games being played (which there are in the PL).0

all down to sky, they have Watford and Hull both live but all games have to KO at the same time0

I've had a look through this season's programmes and the programme for the match against Birmingham City on 9th February 2013, had the final match listed as a 12.45 kick off. We've therefore had plenty of notice of the revised kick off time.0
