    Lloyd Sam, Charlton Athletic FC
    Hull City v Charlton Athletic
Football League Championship, 2 October 2007
    Dismissed for violent conduct

    Claim for wrongful dismissal received

A Regulatory Commission will hear the claim on 4 October

I see the frivolous claim's are becoming more common place now. A couple at least in that list.

It's quite clear from the Sky Sports News footage that a Hull player PUSHED Lloyd Sam on to Ashbee when he was on the floor.

I can only think that the ref missed that and just saw the scrambling around on the floor before the gay cavalry arrived and joined in!

Thanks for putting that up Maria.

    Couple of interesting things.

No appeal listed by Hull for their player.s sending off.

Dublin's sending off against us upheld but not frivilous

Yeovil only got a warning for failing to control players.

Len,this is an FA board who will decide if Lloyd get's banned or not so it would not suprise me to see us get well and truly shafted on this one!!
