    Remember that well. I wonder how seriously he considered it? It's funny to think how out of the blue his England call up was. I remember someone saying to me that a Charlton player was in the England squad and I assumed it was Rufus till I saw it in writing! And that was at a time when England were supposed to have a problem on the left...
