    Im guessing they must have been asked about it. It does seem weird for a high profile game to be at the start of the season.

    I think they played each other last season as well on the opening day at Burnley.

    Looking forward to seeing the fixtures as I'm off to uni so will only be able to make a handful of home games so hoping some decent ones will be around Christmas/Easter. Although by then i'm sure I'll just be pleased to see any live football at the valley.

    Won't you be able to go to some aways? I was at university in Birmingham - pretty central and handy for Nottm Forest, Coventry, Derby, Leicester - and Shrewsbury and Port Vale.

    this is gonna be painful

    our highlight a couple of cruddy fixtures against the scum

    and palace looking at arsenal, spurs, man utd , liverpool , man city fffs
