Had my doubts when signing you due to off the field stuff, but am grateful we did.

    Thanks for your efforts.

First Chris interview since Brad's contract formally ran out and a very good and fitting tribute to him.

I hope he goes on, has a great career and enjoys himself. I'm delighted to have been at Carlisle for "that goal", but he scored a lot for us and won us many games/points. Thanks Brad and best of luck.

Thanks Brad, gave us some great goals, important goals and promotion winning goals, always worked hard even if some refused to see that and even when he was on a poor run never hid and still tried to score.

this entirely. Good luck Brad, wish you were still here.

BWP's departure was inevitable, yet I still have a twinge of sorrow at seeing him go. He's got bags of natural talent, and scored some unexpected and exciting goals for us. One vivid memory: home to Plymouth, a swivel on the edge of the box and a hard, low shot through a crowd of defenders; too hot to hold, and keeper just managed to bundle it round the post. You could sense the keeper thinking: 'Jeez, where did that come from?' Brad is still young - I hope he has a long and successful career.

Cheers Bradley, your goal at Carlisle is one of my favourite memories following the reds.

By the way, does anyone want a 5 foot by 2 foot signed photo of him? One previous owner in a non smoking household...

Can't help thinking that we haven't announced his depature until now because we tried to keep him but on lower wages.

Although he didn't do much for us last season, I'm sad to see he go. He was excellent in our promotion from league one and he seemed like a good character to have around. Good luck Brad.

Thanks Bradley and good luck where ever you end up. You have a natural eye for goal and will score many more whenever you get the "right service". Your goals in the record breaking 11/12 season proved vital to our promotion and your modest manner on the pitch was refreshing to witness in the game today.

Thanks Brad, We owe you loads, such a shame he has not made the step up with us.
  • Spoke to him in the dressing room before the Wycombe game last year, such a down to earth guy. It was obviously right after the promotion-sealing goal and he was so humble about it.

Thanks a lot Bradders, your goals and persona will be missed and he will receive the most generous of applauses if he ever returns to The Valley.

Filled with a bit of regret that he is leaving, such a shame that this season didn't work out for him and I'm sure that if that goal against Palace had rightfully stood then it would have been a different story.

    Good luck BWP!

Yes, I feel rather the same way. Hey! - We need a striker; BWP has got bags of talent.... Did the coaching staff really do everything they possibly could to help him get his mojo working again?

What a terrible pic of him and I'm sure they'd have plenty of good ones to choose from.
Anyway, good luck Bradley. First signing of the Powell era when we'd just endured a terrible time.

The more I think about this, the more I'm saddened. Thirty-two goals in 87 games ain't too shabby. And what do we desperately need? - A striker! I find what earlier posters have said about Bradders being such a nice, modest chap quite moving. Boo hoo! Come back, Brad!
