For those of you that have taken it spare a thought for what I will be going through anytime soon ..... And it's such a lovely day out there !!

    Did it recently - read lots of horror stories on the internet - it wasnt so bad at all. Found a small pre-cancerous polyp which was removed, so glad I had it done.....

    The camera was ok, it's the sound microphone that makes your eyes water.
