promoting from within that is ....... Les Reed, Stuart Gray (Southampton), Steve McLaren, Sammy Lee, that Israeli guy at Chelsea perhaps ... often seems to be a disaster these days ....

    Sammy Lee problem is that he's trying to get Bolton to change the way they play, when they haven't got the players to do it. If they went back to the route one stuff of Big Sam, they'll be a lot better off
