    Unbelievably sad. Wasn't he linked with a PL return earlier in the summer? Used to be a Football Manager stalwart back in the day.

    Yeah, we was linked with him last month, just before he signed for El Jaish SC in Qatar. RIP. 27 is no age to go, sad.

    Having just paid out millions to a player who died 3 weeks later, what do his new club do?
