With Simon Church getting two years which is positive sign surely now is a perfect time to sign up our key players whose contracts are up next summer??

    We don't know but maybe Church wanted say 7k pw and was prepared to take a years deal. That was a bit too rich for us so we offered a two year deal within our budget at 6k pw which he was prepared to accept.

    players come players go... powell and his coaches should be the priority when new contracts are being given out. I would seriously offer the guy a 25 year deal now if I could.
