I have been back n forth looking through this site all summer, as i am sure many other lifers have, some out of sheer boredom, some out of expectation and some out of frustration, but the season is about the kick off and after all the will this happen will that happen, I feel actually quite happy and excited for the season ahead.
I think we have one of the best and most capable managers in England, we have a great squad which I feel can easily compete for top 6, alot of good quality youngsters coming through who I fewl we will see a fair amount of, and (this is where I think I will get shot.down) a board who I feel, despite not necessarily being 'charlton', do want to see us push on and get to the top of the pyramid and not just for their own gain!
The only change I would make this season is my job as unfortunately I am a manager in retail and have to work saturdays =[ so although I cannot be there physically most of the season, I am there in spirit (and througj CL when I sneak to the loos at work haha)
So good luck to all the lads for the season, happy supporting to all on CL and addicks across the land and come on you reds!!!!!!!!

My missus has just announced that she's invited a couple we know here for the afternoon - they hate football and are getting here at 2.30pm UK time - that's my 'Christmas Day' ruined ! She says she didn't know but isn't showing any guilt - I'm sure it's payback for something, just not a clue what that something might have been.0
