I like to think I've done my best to bring it up at any opportunity. It really is gold. Even Palace don't have anything on that.boggzy said:Hahaha! That video never stops giving!!

TBF that was a League cup 1st round game, but agree it's not great, but hey, let me show you one when it's a proper game.

No, it sounds shite. Just because the atmosphere is poor it doesn't mean that we should chant any old dribble.Charltonparklane said:Would create to much of an atmosphere you mean?

Oh for the love of god!
Didn't realise we had so many Michael Jacksons, Elton Johns, Maurice Gibbs & flipping John Lennons on here.
It's a football song which I'm led to believe was created by a Scottish club. Of course it's not going to make much sense!
Well done one & all for bringing it to the table. I sang it constantly in the West Stand on Tuesday night whilst banging the empty seat next to me & by the end a few around me even joined in.
Sing up Charlton!0 -
It does make sense though, if you think about it. You're following on the family tradition of supporting your team.
"Follow on from something, to happen after something, and often as the next part or stage of it.
Following on from last year's success, we'll be offering other similar courses.
What I'm going to say follows on from what Elizabeth was saying.
Sorry to be anal :-)

Being totally anal about it, it's saying you haven't got a mind of your own - "I followed on"= Just followed in my family's footsteps or whatever. Then "The team for me" = how do you know it's the team for you if you just blindly "followed on"?!
*cowers* :-D0 -
I noticed that. I think I saw G shaking his head in embarrassment ;o)KBslittlesis said:Oh for the love of god!
