    True inspiration. Came from a tough situation and has ended up being a national hero. Also seems like such a laid-back and genuine guy off the track, and for me is one of the few sportsmen who actually deserve the title of 'legend'.

    Didn't really mind about him getting a medal, just hope his time was decent. Got close to bronze though so might be gutted.

    Men got 3rd in the 4x100m...but we might get DSQ for an illegal change over.

    We never seem to get the baton round smoothly.
