  • I work with a couple of Hull season ticket holders, I'll get their opinion and feed it back.

Edited my post above to include a video with a few clips of his play.

Ex-United, got a few tricks and can play across the midfield in attacking positions. Could be very similar to Lee Martin?

Very, very quick player. Pace is something the squad lacks since losing Haynes.

    Welcome Cameron!

If FM is accurate he's quick and skilful but has similar weaknesses to Green.

Will be interesting to see how he does. Doesn't seem like he's someone to use as a wing back in a 3-5-2.
  • Thanks AFKA.

Some interesting quotes, plus some down to earth advice on constipation as a bonus.

That has a Powell type of player written all over him. Hopefully he's carried that on through pre-season.

I'm very pleased at this signing, a clear winger who will probably replace Green. Its a step up, well done Powell and welcome Stewart.

Leicester tried to sign him last year for 1.5m. Think he's had a few injuries,

  • This fellas alright, I achieved wonders with him on FIFA13. In all seriousness though, he can play a bit and is an exciting player
  • I think it's a decent signing - good luck to him.

Happy with this. Has to be an improvement on Green, if CP is to be trusted.
  • Its a very good signing well done powelly and the board for supporting i
  • Prolific... Scored one goal in his whole career (including in training)

glad to see people are enthusiastic, we sign someone on a shoestring and attempt to improve the Squad and people still moan. Why not go to bed? Nobody affordable would have pleased you
Was I moaning? Have a day off son

bit of a weird signing imho - doesn't fit into the 3-5-2 we've started playing and CP will never play 2 ou & out wingers, and I don't believe that Callum Harriott has done anything wrong to be dropped.

As for Mendonca's " if CP is to be trusted"........well, can he ?? He brought in Gower, when we already had Hughes, Stephens & Hollands, and from what I've seen there is little between all 4 and now a non scoring winger, when we could have kept a scoring winger is the guise of Wagstaff.

    time will tell I suppose...........

  • So a sort of shorter, northern version of Callum Harriot who can't use his left foot???
  • 3-5-2 with Stewart and Harriets on opposite flanks could be very good at home. Especially as so few on here rate Wilson's contribution

We can't play 3-5-2 every game, there'll be times where 4-5-1 might more appropriate and where Harriott and Stewart causing problems on both wings could see us perform effectively.

And if we decide to go back to 4-4-2, we can have Stewart/Harriott on either wing but after Saturday I suspect that, as a squad, we're done with 4-4-2 for a while.

Statbank shows he got an average mark of 7.08. Suggests most are happy that he did a good job on Saturday.

lol it's like people think 3-5-2 is the answer for the rest of the season. It won't be.

We'd get torn apart, the only way Stewart and Harriott will both play is in a 4-5-1.

  • I'm personally a fan of Wilson but they'll be plenty on CL glad with the new alternative

He's ex Man U youth & Leicester tried to sign him for £1.5M last season.
Shall we give him a chance ?

This. Optimistic with this. If he's better than green it's a step in the right direction. Young winger as well. Fast. If Powell thinks he's good enough, then he's good enough
  • In SCP we trust !

Looks pretty pacey, him and Harriott in a 4-4-2 could cause a lot of full backs a few problems this season.
  • Aged 22, left winger. 68 apps (2 goals) in three years at Hull, inc. loans at Yeovil, Burnley and Blackburn. Height: 5-ft 8-ins.

Too small, doesn't score enough. Can i be the first to say BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!
