What's the best general catering you've seen at football? If we get enough info together and tell the board what people want they might cater for that and make a bit more money!
- when I was drinking I thought the plastic bottles at the Emirates were fine. Easy to prepare for the catering staff, no money spent on plastic glasses and no skill needed in pouring etc.
- at Wolves they had a catering van with a tandoor in it and you could get a freshly cooked naan with chicken or veg curry. It was wonderful.
- price everything to the nearest 50p, reduce the need to carry lots of different coins, easier for fans to have the right money to hand.
These are two to get us going. I would also add not all vegetarians like cheese and onion pasties/bakes - what about pizza slices or proper veg pasties.

I've never once experienced any decent catering at a football game. I remember when we went to Fulham in the cup, I'm pretty sure they were charging almost £5 for a burger, and it wasn't even that nice.0

They need people walking round selling bottles of beer like at Fulham. Not for £4.50 though0

Morecombe's are supposed to be amongst the best pies in the couuntry let alone at football grounds .0

Had an awesome Cornish pasty at Plymouth once and at Exeter we had Dominos pizza0

Went to see Charlton play FC Roda a few years back. No money was taken over the bar or eating areas. When entering the ground you purchased a card from a booth, various amounts ie £2, £3 etc. A bit like the old BT phonecard. At the food/drink outlets beers were already poured out, food was ready. You ordered, put card into a terminal and it deducted the price. Took no time at all to get served and away. No one handling your money then wrapping a grubby mit round your pie. Works well for home fans as credit can be used at next match. Simple.0

Can anyone tell me why we cannot provide catering at Academy and U21's games, there were about 80 to 100 + at the Palarse game last week, sweltering day late lunch ko and the window would have easily taken £2.00 to £4,00 off everyone for food and drinks and this is not a one off occurrence. It's poor show we cannot even employ someone for a few hours and swell the academy coffers on a regular basis...gripe over

Commonplace in Germany, fans can top up fan cards in local stores as well as at the ground, buy tickets, membership, even season tickets on one piece of plastic, light years ahead. Yet Kidderminster did the best pies IMHO - Norwich not bad either for some odd reason!0

I'm not sure what the best is . Maybe the pies at Burnden Park back in the 80's or the burgers at MK dons but what I do know is that we have the worst catering of any football club I have been to. It's truely appalling .
Dreadful service , horrible beer , no pies and pathetic choice of food .
Whoever is responsible should be ashamed of themselves .

I said this to one of the officials, and he told me they couldn't open the kiosk because the indoor cafe had to be open for the players.
