me .. looking forward to my first midweek of the season .. and the tickets are the right price, a night in a hotel and match ticket for well under £40 .. pity about the price of petrol though

Huddersfield have signed the very useful Jazz Richards on an 'emergency loan' from Swansea. The 'emergency' you may ask ? .. Huddersfield sold right back (Richard's preferred position) Jack Hunt to Palace for lots of money .. (The fact that Hunt sustained a nasty training injury after his transfer is irrelevant of course)
Why call a loan an 'emergency' when Huddersfield have put themselves into this position ? .. cake and eat it .. sell a player for a tidy sum and then bring in a decent replacement at a much lower cost .. good business but (excuse the language) utter bollocks and an abuse of the word 'emergency' .. the loan 'system' needs radically revising but with the present glut of players and shortage of cash, it is just not going to happen.

Nah - already been there this season. I know they did a £10 offer to ST holders for the cup game, surprised though that they didn't offer that to all who went in the league cup game ?
