Note: All played for the first team either before or after this game and includes England and the other country x2. Answers to follow at 1800hours today

    Murphy and Jeffers didn't sign for us til 2004, so didn't play for the first team before AND after.

    I thought Parker was named in the squad, but wasn't part of the team for that game
