Nice to see other clubs fans being as rational as ours. He played about 35 mins didn't he and on that he will play PL and for England. Lol!

Next week they will hate him no doubt!

Quite an impact among both Torquay & Newport fans....
  • Just been over to the Torquay Forum. Couple of posters said Azeez was their best player today. Taken off early though which they couldn't understand.

Genuinely think Azeez should be around the first team ahead of Pigott.

In reality if we had any dosh all the young graduates excepting JC would be out at tier 3,4 and 5 clubs in order to add to their apprenticeship at a level that would allow them to maintain their progression with regular games amongst the bigger boys!

Good news, glad he's getting a run of games and has scored a couple of goals.
  • i believe he has the part of a game which is the hard part to get. you can teach a person with an extremely low iq to learn football skills, that talent does not appear naturally but natural speed is something you have or not. it obviously also needs work but genetics play a big part in muscle mass and athleticism ability. i believe if we put azeez in with the first 11 he will learn the stuff he needs to learn.

If he's scoring goals and enjoying himself, whilst impressing people at the same time long may it continue.
