Worst display of goalkeeping ever?

From the Bundesliga yesterday. Joe Hart should watch this, it might cheer him up a bit.

Maybe I'm being over cynical, but it all looked a bit dodgy to me

A real captain's performance, and to think some people reckon Hamer is poor :)

Confidence game. One howler, then all sense of judgement left him.
  • I don't think it's match fixing. He's their captain and has his whole career ahead of him. Just a bad (well absolutely terrible) day at the office. If you were fixing it would you be that blatant?

As a former goalkeeper I am inclined to agree. There's no way he would be that obvious for 3 goals if there were brown envelopes involved - it's just a case of a howler in the first half and his confidence and judgement are shot. And he has tits for hands!

In Bruce Grobbelaar's case it was proved that he took bribes but not shown that he actually let in goals to fix matches :-0

It shows what a hard job keeping is - if your confidence goes, you are really exposed!
