    Should send him an invite for the Back to the Valley dinner. Always been a bit puzzled that he never seems to turn up at any reunions, supporters' club nights, etc. Remember reading an interview with Mike Salmon, who roomed with Sweaty, in Valiants Viewpoint - got the impression he'd be good entertainment.

    I saw him play at Boston United a few years back. My three children and five nephews were all singing "ooh Sweaty Balmer", I don't know if he heard us but we got some strange looks from the locals.

    I was intrigued as to what he looks like these days, so had a peek on their website. Just a sillouette.
    So, they either don't have a photographer there, or he's a former SAS soldier............
