this numpty who didn't just found out I had two insurance policies running, saved me 300 quid...!!! nice little xmas nest egg tho, wondered why I was so broke tho - I had cancelled it but they only cancelled one half the contents, odd cos it was both when i took it out, they didnt make a fuss however.

    I moved my energy supplier recently but the missus noticed that the old company was still taking out the money via direct debit, despite e-mailing us to say that the switch to the new supplier was complete. Got the money back from the bank same day via the direct debit guarantee.
