Just got back from this match this afternoon and couldn't see a thread on it.
Three up at half time through Jordan, Sho-Silva and Pigott. After having a goal pulled back Bradley Jordan got his second to complete the scoring. Generally uninspiring game, with Poyet pulling the strings in midfield, albeit a few stray passes. No team sheets available but Southend appeared to have at least three over 21's playing, including the ageing goalkeeper Paul Smith.

Hamer 3 fumbled a lot but kept his hair looking nice
Dervite 4 poor training session
Stephens 6 too many pea rollers, not in the training session enough

Seems Dammy Shitta is an 18 year old defensive midfielder that was with Millwall. Played a few games on loan at Ebbsfleet.
