    On a train. Been at Charing Cross since 5:30pm last thing I need with my knee!

    We were at CX. Walked to Waterloo got Jubilee line, got to North greenwich was hell. Had to walk to Blackheath standard. missed match. Ended up walking 5.5 miles today 7 weeks post hip replacement .All too much.
