Are we blaming the wrong people ?

As the takeover thread goes meandering up blind alleys, I have been trying to understand our situation. At the moment we are blaming Jiminez and Slater for our woes, but i want to ask some questions. First of all, who does actually hold the controlling share in the Club ? If Kevin Cash really is 'the money', surely it will probably be him. If Slater really is an employee of Cash, then when he speaks, the words must be coming from Cash. If we are allowed to drift into Administration, could we finish up with The Valley in the hands of a property developer ? Is Mr Cash a property developer ? If I'm being daft, someone please put me out of my misery.
