...but found out that other people do them too.

1 - flipping my pillow over so I sleep with my head on the 'cold' side

2 - involuntary shiver after having a piss.

    I found out someone at my work also does a countdown before they get into bed, so their duvet protects them from a nuclear explosion or whatever. We are both in our 30s and I've no idea how the conversation came up

    Do you have to get from the bed and through the door without touching the floor as it's turned to lava?
