Dear M Duchatelet, can we please have.....(insert your wish list below)

Ok, so we all know we need to strengthen the team, sort out contracts and get a decent pitch. But what else do we dearly wish for that RD might want to spend money on.

My starter for 10 - a better scouting network. I honestly don't know what Phil Chapple is like and what resources he has available, but it seems to me as if our scouting network is not up to the job. True that we identified and signed good players for the league 1 champions season, but wasn't that down to Jeff Vetere? When are we going to find a Charlie Austin, or a Dwight Gayle, and make a non-league player a major talent?

What else?

No mate. He was part of the league 1 championship intake, wasn't he? And I wouldn't rate him that highly anyway.
  • Callum Wilson from Coventry.

    Yes please!!

Fwiw Chapple has a very good knowledge. Almost encyclopedic.

The problem is he's looking for players that won't cost a penny. If he has the option now to look at spending a few quid then let's give him a chance - just like Powell really!

As for my wishlist that's easy. My favourite player for years - Andy Reid

I don't think they'll be any dosh for signings, loans perhaps, but not transfer fees, oh please can we have a new contract for CP, and a 20 goal a season goal getter.

A return of the strippers we used to have laid on gratis in the "exclusive" lounges in the West Stand back in the Prem years.

    Those were the days.

An immediate lifetime ban to anyone caught singing the Addams Family song or smoking in the toilets. Especially if doing both at the same time.

Steak Frites rather than Burger Chips, contracts for all those CP wishes to reward one, the rest of the season at least for CP to show RD what he can do with some much needed support, a creative mid and pacy striker please...

Yes indeed, Swisdom. Good to hear your view of PC, but does he have any support? How wide/extensive is the network?

Decent beer, chocolate, waffles, frites (even with Mayo). Throw in new contracts for the key players, Benty on loan and a few signings including someone with a wiser older head who is not yet past it - and we'll even let you play the Rouge Rouge Gorge once or twice. Allez les Rouges!

Exactly what we had between 1992-2006 please. Stability, communication with the fans, a well respected and well-run football club that's progressing every year.
  • New contracts for SCP and those players we need to keep. And asap please.
    Sign a proven striker.
    Give SCP your full backing.
    Communicate with the fans.
Learn from Richard Murray's vast experience at the club.
Understand the club's history and its fanbase.
Replace the pitch and its drainage as soon as practical.
Tidy up the ground--looks dilapidated by the Bartram entrance and stairs.
Introduce laser readers for all turnstiles.
Belgian beers in place of the dross now on sale--please.
Yes,steak and frites sounds good too.
    Thank you.
