Both Powells underfunded since promotion to the Championship. Both did well with what they had last season but the under investment is really starting to show this year. Hopefully the new owners can provide some funds to fix problems in the short term and then invest more heavily in the summer to resolve the issues for good. Then both Powells can fulfill their potential once again.5
