In fairness to the Comms team, there are problems with the internet today. I get the impression from our IT people that it's a SE London issue

Received this from our IT dept this morning ( we're based in West End although I haven't encountered any problems?).

I have been notified that BT are responding to a major incident in the
Wandsworth area that is effecting our internet services.
There will be repeated disruption to service that will effect access to
Lotus notes and the internet This is also likely to impact on VPN
connectivity, so remote connections may drop or run slowly.

BT have advised that the Police are involved and estimate that normal
services will be resumed around mid-day.

Someone must have pulled the film for whatever reason. They would have been able to find a why to upload it today, particularly realising how "keen" supporters are to finally meet the new regime.

This is exactly my problem. Using VPN to connect to the network

I'm beginning to think we have more chance of signing a striker than this video being uploaded.

I bet the comms team wish they had not even mentioned the vid was coming. Feel for them at the moment they are public enemy number 1 it seems.

Quite interested to hear about the meeting between Duchalet and Powell that allegedly was happening.

The interview between Duchalet and Murray is going to hopefully shed some light on things but I doubt there will be any specifics. On the photgraph that was released the body lanaguage didn't look too positive. Katrien Miere was not looking too impressed and Duchalet had an open posture, but a bit of a look that he was in control and what Murray was saying didn't matter much. Murray was covering his mouth.

When the interview arrives, we shall see. I am more interested in actually seeing some players arriving in the team. Right back (cover by Frazier Richardson / Tottenham loan right back). Right midfield is covered by Wilson and the 18 year old / Danny Green, a decent striker partner for KMG at mimimum. If any of the key players go then they need replacing.

The glacial pace of communication and activity whilst the days pass by is a concern. Time will tell. If Charlton do not strengthen and are relegated, the new owners ditherhing will be a major factor. I hope that it does not come to that and Charlton supporters can start to enjoy their football again and have some confidence in the direction of the club.

Think they made a mistake trailing it too early, but other than that I should think most people can understand they are not to blame for infrastructure problems.

The concern for me is that the comms team said we would like a lot what we here. With each hour that passes, I fear that what we may have liked is becoming watered down.

Hmm. Thinking about it now, I hear some playing staff have had meetings and maybe the video is about renewing contracts but filmed before the players meetings.

Maybe the players meetings didn't go to well.

Don't think there is any grand conspiracy but clearly mobile internet is an option and at the very least they should issue a twitter update. Saying nothing stokes the conspiracy fire.
