With Cup fever sweeping through SE7, the CL Prediction Cup will start on Saturday 8th February.
The top 64 predictors in shirty5's league table next week will go into the draw for the 1st round of the CL Prediction Cup. You have do nothing more as your scores will count to the league as usual, but will also count in the Cup game against the opponent you are drawn. If you draw, you will replay the following week. In the event of two draws, the player scoring more in the most recent week will qualify. The winner of each tie will proceed to the next round as usual.
The top 64 will be taken from the Week 24 league table announced next week. In the event of a tie, the highest placing at the most recent previous week will be used to decide. Those outside the top 64 will compete in the Johnstones Paint Prediction Cup (not really!)
The draw for the first 32 head to head matches will be announced next week. Each round will take two weeks - one for the initial tie and one for any potential replays.
