Motorhead Cancel European Tour

Sad to report that Motorhead have now officially cancelled their European tour as Lemmy's still under the weather. The tour had been set for last November but was re-scheduled when Lemmy fell ill. A shame really as Saxon were down as the support act and I was looking forward to seeing them at Brixton.

Doom mongers (and we've got a few on here!) are now saying 'is this the end for Lemmy'? I don't think so and expect him to be back for the festivals in the summer.

    Saw them support Foo Fighters at Hyde Park. Only knew Ace of Spades and thought they'd be dull, but they tore it apart. I thought they were better than QOTSA, which is praise indeed.

    I suspect Lemmy would be pissed off that it was even in doubt. Motorhead are legends and superb live. Saw them many years ago with The Almighty supporting them. Now that was an intense gig!!
